Our website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., a US-based company. When you submit the contact form, your data is processed and transmitted via Netlify's infrastructure before being delivered to us.

Once received, your enquiry details are stored securely in our email inbox and are not shared with any third parties, stored in cloud databases, or added to any CRM system.

We retain contact enquiry data for up to 12 months, after which it is deleted. If a project proceeds, we may retain relevant correspondence for up to 6 years in accordance with standard UK business record-keeping requirements.

6Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

The only parties who may process your data are:

• Netlify – as our hosting provider, for the purpose of delivering form submissions to us (see Section 5)
• Our email provider – your enquiry arrives in our inbox and is subject to that provider's privacy terms

7Cookies and Tracking

Our website does not use analytics software, advertising networks, or tracking pixels.

Netlify may set technical cookies that are strictly necessary to serve the website (e.g. load balancing or security). These are not used to identify you personally and do not require your consent under UK law.
